Moving house

I'm trying to inform SKy broadband that I'm mving house. I'm moving to another house in the same postcode.

The online system won't accpet my new address as it insists it is the same as my currnet address. It isn't. How do I talk to a human please? I don't have a landline or a Sky mobile. Thanks
