Moving home
I'm due to move home tomorrow but my internet has dropped today at my new house. Nothing is fixing it. What can I do? Nothing tells you when the internet would cut out, but I didn't expect it to be a day before. I've got to work today!

When it is down after midnight to around 6am then it could be overnight maintenance taking place as per this message at the top of the page:

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it doesn't always pick up issues straight away so it might be worth trying again later if this is the case:

If your ONT shows a red light then have a read of this:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

If that's still the case now (after any essential overnight maintenance would have finished) it looks like Openreach have switched off your connection early. Unfortunately neither Sky nor Openreach will be able to reinstate it just for today.
