Moving home

I’m trying to submit a request online - I have tried via the app and also web browser - to move my Sky broadband to my new flat. I manage to complete the full process however at the last step when I submit I've read the terms/conditions the page comes up blank. I have attempted this several times and am having no luck being able to book my home move. What do I do next?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I unfortunately don’t have a landline. Does this work from mobile?

@Olivia1234567 Yes if that is a sky mobile, it's the same number, just let the CS agent know you want to talk about organising your sky home move! If not you will find the number in the link below, think it is post 4.

@Olivia1234567  If you have Sky Broadband you have a landline service, you kust need to plug our phone into the back of the hub or the master socket depending on service.

 

You can still call on 150 from a Sky Mobile/Sim

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
