I am moving home on 20th Sept. I currently have Now broadband, we would like to upgrade our broadband and tell them we are moving. When I click on book home move it says I am not the primary account holder but I am. Not sure what to do now!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Megan662 Would be best to give them a call and go through the call centre for the home move, thus clearing up the account problems.
