Moving home and Openreach box installion

I plan to move to new house on 8 Apr and make appoint for go live on 10 Apr but I cannot found any way can arrange booking for engineer from openreach to install the openreach hub for my Gigafast plan. 

is that any way can arrange appointment for installation ?

Sky will be responsible for booking the openreach engineer to install the ont fibre modem on your activation day
