I've had a new full fibre cable installed from a new pylon outside. I asked my neighbour if he was happy for it to connect to his house wall first then run across to mine. He said yes. The installer from Kell Communications said this wasn't possible. I'm assuming for legal reasons to do with ownership. My neighbour has now asked if I can change the routing as the cable goes past his window to my house. Are there any solutions to this problem? Who should I contact
