Hi,
I have recently moved to Sky Broadband from TalkTalk.
Although Sky said they would deal with the transition, I am still being charged for broadband by TalkTalk (as well as Sky). When I contacted TalkTalk they said that Sky had not informed them.
I am not sure whether I should be chasing TalkTalk or Sky to sort this out.
Openreach moved the broadband to Sky - so TalkTalk are charging me for a service they are not providing.
Thanks
Evelyn

When using the switch service it is Sky's responsibility to inform Talk Talk. Did you definitely tell Sky you were with TT?

Hi,
Thanks for getting back.
Yes - we informed them as part of the process that we were with TalkTalk. We received the usual texts and emails from TalkTalk ("sorry you are thinking of leaving us" etc)- but they are saying that these are sent automatically if another provider contacts them and that Sky have to confirm that we are moving, which they are saying they haven't done.
Not sure whether Sky or TT have dropped the ball - and who best to contact to get it fixed.
Thanks
Evelyn

Thanks for getting back.
I'll contact TT again - and see were we go!
Thanks
