Moving date changed
I'm moving house now on may 28th and I need broadband as soon as I move in- also I've only received anew cable and not a new router can I talk to somebody about this asap- not today as I'm at a wedding

If you want to talk to someone then it is up to you to call Sky as nobody will call you due to you posting onn here.
The date given is usually due to the availability of an Openreach engineer who will connect you to the Sky network so there might not be an earlier date.

@Gillmcintosh You take the sky hub with you on the house move, the new cable will be required so that is why sky sent it to you!
