Moving ONT fibre box

Hi, I've recently moved into a new build and the only ONT box is in the attic (for some weird reason)  My office and living room are both on the ground floor, so running Ethernet cables or setting up a mesh network isn't ideal.

Would it be possible to move the ONT box to the ground floor instead

Yes you can get this moved by booking it through Sky, note that it would usually be at cost to you  though
