Hi! I'm very confused and hoping you can help. Do I have to return my equipment before I more house? 1 want to keep to all, broadband, glass + hub. Can not just transfer to the new address? The site makes your stern before you can book a move? Thanks advance

@h+flix  You have to take it with you and also have to do a home move on your services with Sky. This can be done online or via calling Sky.
