Moving Home Form Failure

Hi,

 

About a month ago, I received a call where I set up sky at my new property (I also currently use sky). However, I haven't received any notification or confirmation of it, and I don't see where I can make that confirmation.

 

So I tried to schedule a home move through the website, but when I get to the end I get an error.

 

When I call the 0333 number, I try to explain my issue to the AI by saying I need to book a home move. Then it started asking me to confirm my password over the phone, which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

 

What am I supposed to do?

@lawrence04 Confirm your password, so the call can be directed correctly, it's a process!
