Moved house, no new hub received

Hi there,

 

 

 

My hub hasn't arrived either. We moved house and the engineer used our originaone for the time being and i am being told to send it back or I will be charged £17!

 

 

 

Can I get some help please as currently the WiFi is rubbish and I am using mobile data on my phone when I'm in my bedroom. Small house too!

@Femflirt  What service did you have at your old property and what new service was installed at your new property? Is there any information about your router delivery in track orders in my account?

Hi @highlander 

 

Royal Mail tracker says they have been notified by Sky they are to receive it but nothing has moved on since August 16th.

 

Can't get to speak to Sky and sort it out!

Thank you for that. I didn't read your post correctly, we have kept the same services, although they were going to send a new hub. As we didn't receive it the engineer at the new property installed the old hub/router and now sky are asking for that one to be returned or I will be charged. 

 

Also, the WiFi is shocking here, what's the best way for me to get a WiFi boost here please hun?
