Moved fiber from BT apps not loading on devices

Since I changed from BT to Sky fiber broadband my sky and bbc nes apps do not work along with sky go. most other apps work fine.

I have uninstalled, delete cache and data. reinstalled and restarted devices and router (30 mins off then on again). 

If I turn off WiFi all apps work with my mobile data so it is 100% the sky router. 

I have also diabled sky sheild. 

This is on all 4 devices in the house. Iphone 13, Samsung galaxy s10 and s22

@Jeremy777 check the setting on Sky's Broadband Shield using the My Sky app (over mobile)  to see if that helps. Absolutely no reason why My Sky wont work though as its fundamental to controlling your service. If stuck talk to Sky.
