Move to Full Fibre 150 offer
Hi,
I recently renewed by broadband (superfast) with sky and they told me they would also move me to Full Fibre 150 at no extra charge as part of their move away from copper. The Sky guy from the BB team told me this would happen and I duly received email confirmations (plus txt messages) on the details of the move plus the appointment date and time for city fibre to do the work. Date/time came and went and nobody turned up!! Trying to get some sort of explanation from sky is almost impossible!! Anyone else had this happen please??

@Andycfree you should be able to see thecstatus of your order in the My Orders section of the My Sky app or website. Installing full fibre is down to Openreach and things can get delayed if appontments and dates have been missed you should be accruing compensation Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
If you need further help, post again and a forum superuser can escalate your post to Sky.

Re: Move to Full Fibre 150 offer
Thanks for the response Chrisee. I didn't actually order the upgrade, it was Sky that said they wanted to do it as I was a long standing customer. As mentioned, they sent me emails confirming what they were going to do, they asked me to confirm the appointment date and time and to ensure an adult was present. They also sent text messages saying that the upgrade was all booked in for that date and time. And yet now I cannot find anyone in sky who knows anything about it. Dreadful service from sky unfortunately.
