Move home

I have been trying ot fill out my information on the move home link and once i get to confirmation it keeps saying error i have tried almost 10 times now and nothing. I have tried to use the virtual assistant box and no help and the phone number isnt allowing me to speak to someone

@Ariana12345 you do nedd to speak to an agent in home move. When calling do not engage with the bot but stay online and you should get connected but lines are very busy after the weekends storm.
