Modem keeps cutting out

I had sky max installed about 3 days ago and was perfectly fine worked amazing day 1 and then after that it has been cutting out intermittently over period of 2 days sometimes for couple hours at a time done the service checker multiple times once it returns and service checker finds no faults

@Jamieg85 When the hub cuts out from the Broadband do you see any indication by the hub light changing colour?

If you also happen to be on a FF connection, then the led's off the ONT at the fault period also!

Yes I have sky max has a white light in centre when working correctly and red light when hub can't access Internet or connection is lost.

 

At least 3 times in last 24 hours the light has been on red for an hour or more this is a problem for me as I have WiFi security cameras

@Jamieg85 And do you have a FF full fibre connection!  For the red light as below also.
