Mobile phone

Hey,got my broadband up and running yesterday. All good apart from it won't connect to my mobile phone,says the password is incorrect. Done all case sensitive and tried loads of times with no luck and I've used the same password to set up and its worked and its the only password. Help please .

@Giggles75 try the following tell the phone to forget the Sky connection then power down and reboot it and try again which usually works as the rebootveill clear the memory position which stores the password which sounds to have become corrupted.

@Giggles75 What is the sky hub model that you are trying to connect to, and also the model off the mobile?

  • Thanks everyone,unfortunately nothing worked and sky sent me out a new router and now all is good.
