Mobile Phone WiFi Signal is Very Weak
Our WiFi is not working on any of our mobile devices. The router is showing as connected and it is working fine on laptops.
The mobiles are showing as connected but with 'weak security'. Download times are slow to the point where it is not working. We cannto download photographs, let alone movies..etc. It is wuicker to turn the WiFi off and use mobile data.
We have rebooted the router several times but still not working.

Note that 'weak security' and 'weak signal' are entirely different things, although they can certainly coincide.
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
