Mixed messages

I received a message on Thursday to say that you'd sent me the wrong router, I've not received a new one. Yesterday I had a message to say the service is now connected but internet only works on the existing Vodafone router and not the Sky router you sent. Speeds have also dropped from 50+ Mbps to 6mbps. 

I want to make sure I'm not paying for a service that isn't working/working properly.

@Hudsonchi you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum but your issue requires their input so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
