Missing conversion kit for Full Fibre Broadband

Hi,

Sky have posted a conversion kit for full fibre broadband, Royal Mail say that they have delivered it, but I have not got it....

I'm trying to find out either the telephone number to contact Sky or which method I need to use to inform them that I do not have the conversion kit, I just keep going around in circles with the AI help assistant,

My changeover is 10/07/2026.

The grandiosely-named 'Conversion Kit' is a short Cat5e ethernet patch cable, widely available online in the length and colour of your choice.
