Missing ONT

I've just bought a house and I can't find an ont inside the property. There is an external box however I cannot locate a cable inside. I have tried to contact sky via phone but I can't seem to get through to speak to an actual person

You will need to report this to Sky but only after your service has been activated as they will then task either open reach or city fibre to come and install it for you.
