Missing ONT power cable

I've just moved into a new house, have been waiting two weeks for activation which is now due tomorrow, been through box of contents today and upon reading about set up have noted that the previous owners must have taken the power cable to the ONT box which is ridiculous as now it's null and void!! 
how can I get a replacement cable asap please???

@CS28 call Sky who will arrange for Opebreach to supply one dont be tempted to try a random supply you have lying around.

Thanks will do, just annoyed I didn't know about it until unpacked the box and read the instructions as sky has switched on today after 2 wks waiting and now a cable issue!! Do you just call sky services number. Will try now...
