Missing ONT cable

I have a Sky engineer visit scheduled for tomorrow. However i have just discovered there is no ONT cable at the house we've just moved to. Will the Sky engineer have an ONT cable with him on the van?

Is there an ont? Usually people make off with the ont not the cable
