Missed appointment

New full fibre upgrade meant to happen today and open reach booked for between 8am to 1pm but no show? No message and I called Sky 4 hours ago and told sometimes they are late.  Bad service and need answers

Unfortunately, given it's now late Friday afternoon, an ISP is unlikely to receive any information from Openreach until Monday morning at the earliest.
