@Peggy17 Did you keep the same sky Broadband hub when you changed over the package type, the sky Q all relies on the connections between Hub / sky Q and the sky Mini... If you went sky Max with the white sky Hub changes will have to be made, also if your Black sky Hub moved a lot to a new position because off a FF Full Fibre then you may need extra boosting to make it all work!
