Mini box keeps freezing

I'm watching TV upstairs n at the moment it's displaying the msg that my sky mini box isn't connected to my Sky Q box...its actually come bk on now, but this has been happening for over a week, I did ring last Saturday to report this, I have received a new Sky mini box, but the problem is still occurring, it says that its connected 2 my broadband router but not the Internet connection
