That is ridiculous. I've changed to super fast broadband and my broadband still lost or is som worse . Is it that what I've had to received for £45 per month? On the other hand I've had sky mobile for another £16 and still doesn't have connection. What a fully company service you are getting people to trust you about all your rediculis commercials. I'm starting collecting evidence that I'm not satisfied with your service and will see you soon at the court if that doesn't start getting better soon

@MiroMihaylov if you would like help to get your Sky Broadband working please post some details of what is wrong and yout Sky hubs dtats shen it is connected see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

Hopefully you are not srrious about court action as that only is possible when you have exhausted all other avenues including Sky's own complaint system see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com
