Why does my spotify keep breaking up on tv and spoils my listening. Had an engineer out last Wednesday to correct the problem, waited all day for him, he came eventually and couldn't fix it. I had to text him to make sure he'd call, no message or phone call and now my spotify is worse than ever. I hate incompetence.
Is Spotify the only app you are having issues with so is your wifi fine apart from that.
