Messages this morning to say my WiFi is down on my phone. Tonight I haven't been able to connect on

First thing this morning I got a message on n my phone to say my WiFi isn't working and was told to check the router and hub. After I returned home from work I have not been able to connect my laptops to the WiFi and the connection on my phone is intermittent.
