Message when trying to access Apps
Message says:
"it looks like you do not have an internet connection"
We've gone through all the recommended testing and just ground in circles.
House WiFi is working for phones etc.
Also, multi room hasn't been working for a long time. We don't know why. Really want an engineer to come out and sort it all for us now (we're not young!!) even if we have to pay.

@John+AC+Smith It may just be easier for you to give sky a call and organise what you require, the Forum is cust - cust help but it does take interaction both ways!

Re: Message when trying to access Apps
Hi @John+AC+Smith I would start by rebooting your broadband router to refresh its DNS. It doesn't matter if it is working for your phones etc. If you are looking for an engineer, I'm afraid that you will have to contact Sky, or perhaps a local technical handyman.

Putting aside the broadband issue for a moment, do you have Sky+ or Sky Q?
You mention Multiroom ~ that is a tern used for extra boxes via Sky+. Sky no longer support Sky+ so if that's what you have you'll need to seek help from a local independent satellite company at your own expense.
Multiscreen is a term used for Sky Q which is still supported by Sky.

Re: Message when trying to access Apps
I think we have Multiscreen with Sky Q - just shows the extent of our ignorance on this whole subject 🤦🏻♀️😆

Re: Message when trying to access Apps
It would have been better had you posted the mini box issue separately on the Sky Q board but now we're here - how is it not working?
