@stringy66 What is your main priority for the network that you require?

Re: Mesh systems with sy max hub
@stringy66 It's still hard to work out what you are looking for, get ONLY ONE mesh system for the inside off the home to cover what you need, if your remote shed is wired from the home, you should look at Powerline to cover that area, wether you need wired/wireless access there you will not get MAJOR speed over powerline so work out what you need, mine is about 60' from the home remote garage and good to about 40Mb/s max.

Re: Mesh systems with sy max hub
@stringy66 more wifi is rarely better wifi. Having multiple mesh systems in the same area is a recipe for interference you are best advised to switch to a single system where the satellites all co-operate.. If wanting to use a third party mesh system disable the Sky hub's wifi and connect the first unit by Ethernet and just add as many extention units as you need typically 2 or 3.
Download an app called WiFi Analyzer onto a laptop or android phone this will show you all WiFi networks in the area the device is in. Two or more signals on thecsame or adjacent channel will interfere unless co-ordinated. For outbuildings it is always best to run an ethernet feed and use that with a wifi access point. Failing that you could buy a powerline networking kit with a built-in access point as these use the mains wiring to carry the data.

Re: Mesh systems with sy max hub
Yes I know what your saying I only have one mesh at moment not in use it's a mercusys halo x60 three units so the thing that I am doing wrong is the WiFi on the sky hub is interfering input it on router mode so copies the main network but it's straining to pull speed so il try that see if it works

Re: Mesh systems with sy max hub
@stringy66 connect one of your mesh units by Ethernet to the Sky hub and turn off its WiFi. Do not try to link the mesh units by WiFi.
