Max hub feels slower than old one

We fitted the new max hub, but performance is worse than the previous one eg weak connection on Zoom calls, e mails and web pages slower to load. Is this normal. I've sent the old hub back but wish I hadn't switched

I'd say it's second only to external broadband faults as a topic in this forum.

 

Only Sky will know what kind of percentage of users those posts represent though.
