Max Hub not connecting to Samsung TV

Hi All,

 

My activation date was the 24th Sep. The WIFI speed is perfect but I can't connect to my Samsung TV which is relatively new.

 

I seen posts about changing the WiFi security but the app only shows "broadband shield" & "internet security" .

 

I tried accessing the app on the desktop and it shows more options including advanced setting.

 

The Wifi security option is there but it's always shows the same error (see image).

Does the hub show up in the app by itself in a few days?  Also how do I fix the error?


I primarily use the WiFi for the TV to stream, so this is making the purchase completely redundant.
