@DingoSan assuming your devices are otherwise connecting normally it is doubtful its down to your Sky connection as such but you may want to turn off Sky's Broadband Shield if its on at the moment. Another suggestion is to force a change in IP address which can be done by using the disconnect button in the WAN Status pa ge or by powering down for an hour.
