We've taken the front off our Master Socket 5c & I've obviously disconnected a wire as we now have no WiFi connection .

@Tapps21 I can see your pist has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum thry should be intouch offering acchat session so this can be sorted. Normally customersxshould not touch master phone sockets as they are Openreach property.
