Transferred to Sky broadband was told engineer would attend 6 Jan router came in post was told engineer would attend between 12 and 1800 hours on that day. Engineer did not attend so after reading instructions supplied with the router I connected it myself following all instructions. Everything working fine then I receive an email from Sky telling me needed to make another request for engineer, tried to do that via their website but the selection facility drop down did not work so could not continue. Tried numerous ways to contact Sky without success I just want to tell them I do not need assistance as the email they sent me says if I do not select an alternative date they will cancel my account
