MAP-T protocol framework is completely breaking my remote work setup

Hi,

I am using a Sky Max Hub on an FTTC connection alongside a TP-Link Deco XE75 mesh system. My hub's connection page shows a MAP-T Ratio of 1:1, but the MAP-T protocol framework is completely breaking my remote work setup.

When attempting to connect to my company's corporate Cisco/AnyConnect VPN and secure enterprise databases, the connection continuously times out, drops packets, and fails to establish a secure handshake. My company's IT department has confirmed their security infrastructure rejects connections carrying shared IPv4 translation headers.

I have verified this is 100% a MAP-T translation issue because my work VPN and secure files connect and transfer flawlessly the second I tether my devices to a mobile phone hotspot instead of my home broadband line.

Because I am on FTTC, I cannot bypass the Sky Max Hub hardware to eliminate the protocol locally. Could a community manager or network specialist please escalate this and apply the manual rollback profile to completely disable the MAP-T protocol on my account backend?

While it is possible that Sky's use of MAP-T is conflicting with your company's security policy of  rejecting all types of IP address sharing. Thst policy is going to greatly limit which services can connect as CGNAT and other address sharing systems like MAP-T is on the increase due to the exhaustion IP4 addresses currently including all the 3 of the major UK mobile providers and apparently Starlink.. However with Sky you do have a unique public IP6 address which should overcome any security concerns .
