Issues with our wifi and connection, still. We want to cancel as this has been an issue since we moved over to stream and the broadband. Our work calls are constantly dropping out and it's not acceptable

@HC13 To cancel you need to call sky for that to happen, dial 150 on the landline, but to not lose service you are better to OTS with a new ISP! Sky are open 8am to 8pm for Customer Service. Nothing that the Forum can help you with!
