Low speed on my broadband for several days now

Running a speed test 3.19 downoad 1.49 upload

Not sure why Sky keep denying there is a ongoing problem with all of their services The TV is constantly going off The broadband constantly goes slow The WiFi even when I switch it off keeps showing as working. Worst TV and broadband I have ever had

@anothersubmariner & @GW63 speedtests will return the slowest part of the connection from your device to the server so if as is likely you have poor wifi in your home thst is the speed that you see. Sky guarantee speeds to your hub to check that either use the connection test innthe My Sky app ignore the intial result but click through to test the broadband connection it will give you your speed history for the past couple of weeks. If it is below or near your speed guarantee it should offer to book an engineer.

 

Alternatively if you have a black hub the hub's connection stats are useful if you post those as forum members should becable to see what is wrong. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
