Low Internet speed to hub

Good afternoon Sky team I have made many phone calls about this issue. Minimum speed to my hub should be 100 Mbps and paying for the 150 Mbps. Since it has been installed I have never had over 100Mbps Recently a replacement hub max was sent out but this has not made a difference. I am getting annoyed with this not being resolved yet. What is our next steps ? As it is making it difficult to work from home and just enjoy the Internet Kind regards Alex

What device are you using to test the speed?

Can you post a screenshot of the speedtest?
