Lost connection

I have an open reach box fitted to my wall connected to my sky hub via an ethernet cable only. No purple DSL cable in the purple connector as I don't have one. The open reach box has a green light for power and Lan red light for Lan and no light for pon? It just lost all connection with no interference. First issue since install

I've just had an engineer booked and notified that it's an external issue. Just no TV for up to two days yay

@Drew79 See the link below, but your problem is the NO Pon light, that should be a solid Green on it! And suspect the Red light is LOS and not what you have put in the posting!
