Lost connection
I have no Internet connect but your app is saying my speed is 152 but 0 devices are connected. On check fast.com the speed is actually 11. Your apps needs to accurately measure my internet as you guarantee my connection.

@Vickie123 the speed Sky give are the connection speed to the hub. Running a speed test on a device will give lower results if the speed of the connection between the device and the hub is lower which if you connect by WiFi is quite common. WiFi speeds in your home are affected by the layout, type of construction and level of interference.
Loss of connection in thecearly hours is frequently due to system maintenance which is done when usage is at its lowest.
