Loose wire from openreach master socket

Hello, the main wire is loose in my open reach master socket. Do I need to contact sky or open reach about this, the WiFi go's off if the wire is touched. Also we are having a new front door and there are wires everywhere that will need to be moved, is thus an issue with sky or open reach as we don't know which wires are safe to remove. Thank you

Sky will book Openreach for a master socket relocation: there would be a charge for that.

They won't move extension cabling or any other wires.
