I log in to my account using the correct email address yet it doesn't show the correct current sky plan it pulls up my old home address and plan
I did ask the guy on the phone and he said it is correct but again when I log in I can't see my current plan and I won't receive my cinema vue tickets either if I don't get it sorted

You will havecto call Sky again to grt this sorted as it sounds like you used a differentvemail,address when you set up this contract so need to use the Sky ID linked to that address.
