Logging into sky account

I log in to my account using the correct email address yet it doesn't show the correct current sky plan it pulls up my old home address and plan 

I did ask the guy on the phone and he said it is correct but again when I log in I can't see my current plan and I won't receive my cinema vue tickets either if I don't get it sorted

@Yasmin2402 never post anything that idetifies you in this forum. You will havecto call Sky again to grt this sorted as it sounds like you used a differentvemail,address when you set up this contract so need to use the Sky ID linked to that address.

When you moved home did you cancel at your at old address then did you sign up as a new customer or did you use Skys home moving service ?
