@Bob19531 you can control the Broadband Shield the setting is under Product Settings in the My Sky app or sebdite. However it is extremly unlikely to be the cause of the Netflix appmon a Firestick losing programs. Netflix buy rights to shows for a period so they come and go. Sky broadband has no role in any of that .
