Live view on Ring doorbell

We've been with Sky for 2 weeks now and although our doorbell works fine it will not show live view,it was fine with our previous provider.  Any help would be gratefully appreciated Tia

If you have the white box, you can pretty much forget it, shy in their great wisdom made a monumental cockup by not allowing you to switch off 5g for a few minutes to let 2g devices work on wifi6.

easiest thing to do is get a wireless access point and forget about using sky for wireless stuff. A joke, I know. But the simple option.

You can get an access point for about £25. But yep. I know the feeling.

I think you'll find this is incorrect in a number of ways:

The white Sky hub does allow the 5GHz to be turned off. You can then connect your doorbell and then turn 5 GHz back on if necessary.

Only top-end Ring doorbells utilise WiFi 6. These same doorbells also have dual band (2.4GHz and 5 GHz) capabilities so there should be no need to switch off the 5GHz at all.

Sky Q, 2 mini boxes, booster and full fibre gigafast. Good WiFi coverage throughout a 4-bedroom house!

You cannot as has been confirmed today turn the 5g back on. I spent almost 2 hours getting that confirmed today. By all means try, you'll end up resetting your entire network.
