Limited Internet Connection

Since the morning of 13 August 2026, I cannot connect my Sky Box to my Sky Hub's internet. The issue also prevents me from connecting to other services, such as streaming, Xbox Live and PSN. I have tried all troubleshooting in the website to no avail. I was not able to receive support from chat, as it is offline, the help via phone only rings and no one picks up.

@OldFoghorn Sky had issues yesterday shich have been sorted but do try rdbooting your Sky hub.  Check the lights on the hub once it has restarted using this guide https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Re: Limited Internet Connection

I am afraid my HUB has the right light. The issue persists. The only different troubleshooting I found was on Xbox Support, after Xbox Live started to give me UPnP error when trying to log in. It can be found, here: Xbox.com/xboxone/UPnP. It did not work, however. When I checked my router it had both the UPnP and the Zero Config seeings off. Not sure whether that is the default.

Re: Limited Internet Connection

I was finally able to get assistance from an agent, who told me the issue I am facing is affecting thousands in Glasgow. This morning I was able to connect the SkyQ to the internet, however, other services are still not going through, such as Xbox Live, PSN, and Prime Video. I am definitely leaving Sky as soon as my contract ends.
