I have a pamphlet from Sky offering Full Fibre at £29. When I log in it offers the same package at £29. When clicking buy now it states £40. Sky can't even sort out prices. Useless company. I will be changing supplier next July when my 2 years is up.
Where did you get this pamphlet from? That is probably offering that price to new customers . You aren't a new customer.

It came via the postman. After finally getting through on the phone. I was offered the £29 package which is for new customers. Anyone who is already a customer should pay £40. After 15 minutes I finally convinced the call centre that I was not interested.
