Sky tv keeps buffering with a Please wait notice on all channels Also an exterior security camera has stopped working due to lack of signal Have checked line etc but fault has shown

@Les-M Sounds like you nedd to improve the wifi dignal in your home. Streaming video requires a stable signal with sufficent bandwidth if you go into the network settings on Sky Glass or Stream it will give you an indication os signal strength.

 

External security cameras are another problem as the wifi signal has to pass through an external wall usualy with double brick.Sky like most isps give no guarantees about wifi outside your home

 

.Your choice is to buy Sky's WiFi Max bundle which can give up to 3 extenders if speeds in your home are below 25Mb/s in every room assuming you are buying a 100Mb/s or higher service or buy your own WiFi kit as I do.
