Legal action obviously required to make you understand

Paid in advance at inception of contract you have terminated service immediately on finding I wish to cancel.

This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here. Rather than threatening legal action perhaps if you explain what's gone on we may be able to advise you.
